Quapri’s Refund and Returns Policy
All customers of Quapri are provided with quality products and service satisfaction. Furthermore, we recognize that over time, there may be doubts regarding an order. Refund and Returns Policy matters, such as cancellations, refunds, and restocking, are handled through specific requests as outlined in our policy document for litigation and dispute resolution, if needed.
Kindly note that once an order has been placed, Quapri does not offer a refund because we begin processing the order immediately. However, in case of production damages or printing issues with the item, we provide an exchange. The Refund and Returns Policy includes several points that we discuss further for clarity with our customers.
1. Refunds Not Available Once Order is Placed
At Quapri, we aim at delivering quality, personalized products. We get our work going, right from the moment you place an order, particularly if the item is a complex one, like custom gifts.
Because of the production process, we’re unable to cancel or change an order after it’s accepted.
For items that don’t require customization or printing, please refer to our specific guidelines for cancellation and refund policies.
Creating an order, you acknowledge that these terms and conditions are applied, with a view to taking consideration for the return only in some exceptions mentioned further.
2. Exchanges for Printed or Customized Products
Quapri specializes in customized, printed items that are created to order. If your item has a printing error, production damage, or any mistake on our part, you are eligible for an exchange. We want to make sure the final product meets your expectations. This reflects our commitment to quality. If your printed item has a defect, please contact us immediately.
To begin an exchange, you must:
- Act Timely: Reach out to us within 1 days of receiving your order.
- Offer evidence: you may provide photos evidence to help us with consideration on the problem thus make your exchange quicker for resolution.
- We will replace for free after we verify that it is an issue on our part.
- We will not refund. We can just replace it with a product of the same, for you to have what fits your quality expectations at Quapri.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items: Our Priority to Make It Right
We know how disappointing it feels to get a product that is either damaged or is not what you ordered. That is why Quapri is always ready to address any issues related to damaged or incorrect items within the shortest time possible. If you find an item that is damaged or different from your order, you should contact us right away.
Here’s what you should do:
- Document the Issue Take clear photos of the damage or the wrong item. This will allow us to understand the issue completely and come up with the best solution.
- Contact our Customer Support: Call us on the given contact number and send in images and a description of the problem.
- We will replace the item once the issue is confirmed. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- We shall ensure you get the right product perfectly. In case we did a wrong thing, we ensure all costs pending in regard to the problem are covered, and the replacement is up to your satisfaction.
4. Return and Refund Policy Exclusions
Exceptions apply, though we aim to maintain a fair and flexible policy. Custom-made items, including personalized or perishable goods, are non-returnable. Items that are printed or customized cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you are buying one of these items, at the time of purchase, you should check what the specific return policy is on the item. We do not want any surprises, and you should be clear on what you can expect when ordering with us.
