Welcome to Quapri! These terms & conditions apply to any access or use of our website, products, or services. By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to comply with and are bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. 1. Company Details

Hours of Operation: Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Closed on Sundays)

2. Qualification

An individual who intends to request our services must be above 18 years and must have a consent form from either a parent or a legal guardian. A person is eligible if he orders.

3. Services Offered

Custom Labels and Stickers: Different shapes, sizes, and finish for various requirements.

Business and Visiting Cards: The user will upload his or her design. Quapri will not design.

Packaging Solutions: Customized poly bag, packaging sleeve, and boxes in various materials and sizes.

Promotional Products: Bamboo mugs, tumblers, and more eco-friendly products for branding.

Customized products orders require customers to give correct information as well as approved designs. Any mistake in designs or specifications sent will be the customer’s responsibility.

4. Order Process

To order:

Browse Products: Browse what’s available and choose specifications, including size, quantity, and color.

Upload Your Design: For items like business cards, customers upload their own design files.

Review and Confirm: Verify your order details and upload your design files before ordering.

Payment: Pay for your order using any of the approved methods.

Quapri may cancel your order in case of an error, or if an item is unavailable. We will immediately notify you in case this happens.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Quapri website, including text, graphics, and logos, are owned by Quapri and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Using our content without permission is not allowed.

6. Customer Content and Uploading

Upon uploading designs or other content:

You agree and represent that you have all necessary rights to use and reproduce any material uploaded.

Quapri does not hold any responsibility for the claim of infringement based on customer-uploaded design.

Quapri has the right to decline to accept and/or request changes to submitted designs where they offend applicable laws and our own standards.

7. Prices and Payments

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Taxes, shipping charges or any other applicable charges will be added at checkout. All orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise stated.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Quapri delivers everywhere in India. Delivery time is a function of the type of product ordered and the location to be delivered. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries as there are things we cannot control. Quapri does not accept responsibility for such delayed deliveries.

9. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are customized, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for custom orders. If you detect any manufacturing defects or error in the final product from Quapri, kindly reach out to our customer support team within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

10. Limitation of Liability

Quapri will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) involved.

11. Changes to Terms

Quapri may update these Terms of Use at any time. Updates are effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after updates means that you accept the terms of the update.
