We have various design services ready to help you execute your idea. Our designers are able to develop new designs, modify the current ones, and prepare your files for print.

What is your return or refund policy for printing orders?

Can I request a custom print size or shape?

Of course, we can print any size and any shape that you would like us to make. Send a WhatsApp message regarding your requirement without any hesitation.

Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?

Of course, we offer large order discounts for bulk purchases. If your quantity does not coincide with the choices available on our shop page, you can send a message to our support and we will reply.

What is the average turnaround time for printing orders?

In case printing is involved, it takes 2-3 working days for printing and a further 3-4 days for the goods to be delivered. Usually, the period from ordering to delivery is about seven days.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

It depends on the timing. If you contact us immediately after placing the order, our team can make the necessary changes. However, once the printing process has started, we are unable to make any modifications."
